Anastasia Byler
Founder & Senior Consultant
Anastasia brings 20+ years of driving growth, productivity, and performance across individuals, teams, and organizations. A respected HR Executive, she’s built HR departments for cutting-edge aerospace startups and partnered with NASA on Organizational Development—helping elite teams operate at their best.
Her global career includes work in Germany as an international research editor, supporting scholars in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. An expert editor of hundreds of manuscripts—especially in Positive Psychology—she continues to shape the future of work and well-being.
Anastasia is passionate about optimizing people systems and helping others find the right work-life fit. She’s made an impact in corporate and community settings, serving in Director-level Vocational Services and University Career Services roles across Alabama and Florida.
Her wide-ranging experience equips her to lead transformational change and elevate human potential at scale.
She holds a Psychology degree and an MBA from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is pursuing Executive Coaching certification (iPEC, PCC-level) for 2025. Her credentials include SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ProSci® Change Management, and facilitation of tools like DiSC, MBTI, CliftonStrengths, and more.
A longtime mindfulness practitioner, she leads creative unblocking workshops inspired by The Artist’s Way and brings artists and musicians together to spark soulful transformation.
Jen Boon
Senior Consultant
Jennifer Boon is the founder of Creative Impact LLC and a leadership consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping teams work better together. She’s worked across both government and private sectors, supporting organizations like NASA, USPTO, and executive leadership teams around the country.
Her work blends facilitation, coaching, and creative problem-solving to help leaders move from “good” to genuinely high-performing. Jen is known for creating experiences where people show up fully — learning, laughing, and walking away with real clarity and connection.
She specializes in team development workshops, graphic recording, and her signature C-Squid™ program, a hands-on experience designed to help leadership teams break out of silos, strengthen trust, and tackle tough conversations in a human, meaningful way.
Before launching Creative Impact full time, Jen led instructional design teams and supported complex change initiatives for federal agencies. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a certified leadership coach (ICF).
At her core, Jen loves helping leaders and teams come alive — creating spaces where people think better, communicate better, and leave more aligned than they arrived.
Judith Walton
Senior Consultant
Judith Walton is the founder of Judith Walton Coaching & Consulting. She’s a leadership coach and organizational development consultant who helps leaders and their teams build sustainable performance when the work is complex and the pressure is constant.
Her clients are under real pressure to deliver results, even when the answer isn’t clear yet.
They’re willing to look inward—get honest about how they show up, clarify where they’re headed, and name what their people need to do their best.
And when the picture is still blurry but the call has to be made, they’re learning to stay in that tension long enough to surface what’s unknown, find better answers, and leave with one clear next step the team owns.
Judith’s specialty is helping leaders excel in the stretch between “we don’t know yet” and “now we do,” so ownership stays shared and the team can carry the work forward together.
She brings 20+ years of experience in organizational development and leadership coaching, including over two decades at NASA.
