The number 50 is a critical threshold for several HR-related regulations, particularly under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and EEO-1 reporting. For employers with 50 or more employees, certain obligations and requirements come into play. This is also a critical time to start thinking about infrastructure, the creation of more formalized policies and procedures, and the development of HR leadership to support your company’s growth and agility. Let Integral Path be your compliance and strategy partner for the future of your HR department.

Integral Path uses the Prosci® ADKAR model, which is a practical and people-focused framework for managing change effectively. ADKAR® stands for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement—the five key milestones individuals must achieve to embrace and sustain change. What makes it so cool is its simplicity and scalability: it works for individuals, teams, and entire organizations, along with Prosci’s 3 phases of Organizational Change and PCT® model. Unlike abstract change theories, ADKAR® and PCT® are actionable and measurable, helping leaders identify where people are stuck and how to move them forward. By aligning change efforts with human behavior, change management increases adoption, reduces resistance, and turns strategy into sustained results—making change less chaotic and more successful.

Let’s elevate the way your team communicates, collaborates, resolves conflict, and makes decisions—because team dynamics shouldn’t be left to chance. High-performing teams are built on trust, respect, and intentional alignment, not just good intentions. When dynamics go unchecked, productivity drops and conflict rises. The challenge? Balancing individual personalities, team culture, organizational values, and leadership style—all at once!
That’s where a Team Plan comes in. It’s more than a document—it’s a strategic roadmap that aligns your team’s goals, roles, and timelines with your broader organizational mission.
Does your team have a plan for success? Let’s build it together.

What happens during an HR audit?
Compliance is not much fun, but I love to review processes and procedures for compliance to ensure you have alignment within your organization between your people, culture, and processes.
Review and verify compliance with FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) for exempt vs. non-exempt classifications and proper payment of wages and overtime.
Audit employee I-9 forms for completion, accuracy, and retention compliance under IRCA (Immigration Reform and Control Act).

Audit recruiting and hiring practices for nondiscrimination and compliance with EEO and OFCCP (if applicable).
Evaluate background check processes to ensure compliance with the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and ban-the-box laws.
