    Week 3 – Building Mutual Purpose & Mutual Respect

    Week 4 – Mastering Your Emotions in Real Time

    • DiSC Communication Styles — decode reactions under stress

    Week 5 – Speaking Persuasively Without Provoking Defensiveness

    • Translate your HSP traits into assets: deep listening, intuition, empathy

    Individual sessions are available. Whether you want to sample what coaching is all about, add more time to your bundle, or work on something in focus, individual coaching sessions by Integral Path may be the best solution for you. Limited availability with this option.

  • Coaching by the Bundle

    Tiered coaching packages of between 3-6 months allow for direct, personalized help over a committed time, with customized elements to help you better reach your goal, and offer a lower price point for a minimum commitment. These packages are intense!

  • Coaching by Subscription

    For ongoing self-development, sessions are available by monthly subscription. The subscription model empowers you to decide when you are ready to end the coaching relationship, rather than feeling forced to end too soon because renewing is too costly.
